Join MHI at ProMat 2017 on Tuesday, April 4 from 3:45 to 4:30pm for “Closing the Skills Gap: Innovative Talent Solutions for a Changing Workforce” featuring Dr. David Delong, President of Smart Workforce Strategies.
This talk will present practical solutions to close the skills gap within organizations by prioritizing talent-related risks, identifying the seven talent problems that kill profits, and accelerating the knowledge transfer in the multi-generational workplace.
Delong will incorporate input and feedback from the MHI Annual Industry Report, the Material Handling & Logistics U.S. Roadmap 2.0, and the 2016 MHI Annual Conference workforce session to offer tips on how to close the skills gap.
