Connect with key practitioners during this event at ProMat 2023. Designed as a high-touch networking function with an engaging presentation from a panel of industry Thought Leaders, this luncheon is for WERC members and MHI Premier Club members to enjoy a meal, camaraderie, and inspiration in a relaxed atmosphere before heading back out on the show floor.

Panel Focus:

  • During the early days of the Pandemic, there was much chatter about building a resilient supply chain. What have these organizations and/or senior leaders done to build a supply chain that is modeling and responding to potential future disruptions?
    • At what level are they engaging/involving their key supply chain partners (transportation companies, technology partners, MHE and automation partners, 3PLs) to mitigate disruptions?
    • Are they involving certain partners/providers in the planning process?
  • No company can grow without people and talent. Disruption in the supply chain has created historical disruption labor availability and leadership talent. What are they doing differently now vs before? What do they see as critical in this arena moving forward?
  • Companies can’t depend on disruption to grow. What steps are being taken to ensure a long-term value proposition that will last with or without supply chain disruptions? In a so-called normal state, what needs to be done to maintain a competitive advantage?
