Industrial Strategic Account Manager - Midwest USA

The Strategic Account Manager supports a well-established distribution network selling our core Fluid Power Industrial products, (Enidine) in the Midwest territory (Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, N. Dakota, S. Dakota, Kentucky) . The goal is to meet or exceed sales and booking goals through the development of new accounts and programs, expansion of existing accounts and direct penetration of competitive accounts.

Skills and Experience

Requirements & Skills:

•Should have 3-5 years outside technical industrial sales experience;
•Successful candidates should have strategic alliances with key contacts in the industrial marketplace.
•An equivalent combination of education and experience is suitable.
•Overnight travel (up to 50%) domestically and internationally as required.
•Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents and drawings.
•Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
•Ability to write technical proposals and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
•Ability to effectively present information to top management and customers.
•Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse and global employees, including the ability to motivate, energize.
