Shuttle Bus Service

Hotel Advisory

MHI/ProMat 2013 has received reports from sources who had booked hotel rooms through various third parties only to subsequently learn that no reservations were in place with the promised hotel and deposits were not returned.

Convention Bureaus are reporting hundreds of complaints from trade show managers who are receiving similar reports from exhibiting companies who booked rooms through a "third party room broker" and ended up at sold out hotels with no reservations and no recourse for the payment of rooms. These brokers falsely imply they are affiliated with show management and secure deposits from unsuspecting exhibiting companies.

MHI/ProMat 2013 reminds its Exhibitors and Attendees that we have no affiliation with any of these room brokers. MHI has organized a room block and has negotiated competitive room rates on your behalf for ProMat 2013 with ONLY the hotel properties listed above. No individual or company has been authorized on our behalf to solicit your housing business. You should contact the hotel directly to make your reservations. If you are contacted by an unauthorized housing provider, please notify show management immediately at customerservice@promatshow.com with as many details as possible.
