Arriving at ProMat 2011
Show Registration
If you pre-registered for ProMat 2011 and already have your badge, proceed to a badge holder pick-up counter and exchange half of your badge for a badge holder. You may then proceed directly to the
show floor. International attendees should bring your badge to the International Visitors Center located in the main registration area. If you do not have a badge, proceed to the ProMat 2011 Registration counter. ProMat 2011 registration
is in McCormick Place South during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, and 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Thursday.
You must be 16 years or older to enter the exhibit halls.
Lost badges may be replaced at self-registration.
Registration Information
Attendees who pre-registered, but did not receive their
badge, should proceed to the self-registration counter. On-site self-registration is complimentary.

Tuesday - 8:00am - 4:00pm
Wednesday - 8:00am - 4:00pm
Thursday - 9:00am - 2:00pm
International Attendees International attendees must register at the International Visitors Center (IVC). Representatives from the US Department of Commerce will host delegations of international
visitors at the IVC. Translators, telephones, conference rooms and light refreshments will be available for international visitors during show hours.
Exhibitor/Product Locator Service
You will find two locator services on the show floor. This
service provides a road map of the show floor to help
attendees find particular products and exhibitors.
FREE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE
ProMat 2011 will offer complimentary shuttle busses between these show hotels and the McCormick Place South. Busses will run between the McCormick Place South and all designated ProMat 2011 Show hotels from March 21 - 24, 2011. Buses will run from 7:30am - 11:00am and 3:00pm - 6:00pm on designated routes. Bus schedules will be posted at the McCormick Place South and in each hotel.

Show Press Room
The Press Room is open during show hours. Members of the working press are encouraged to visit the Press Room to obtain exhibitor materials, notices of press conferences, and photo opportunities. Members of the press receive complimentary admission to the Show and Conference and must show their credentials at the Press Room. If you are a member of the press and have not pre-registered, go to the Press Room to receive an admission badge.
Show Sales
The Show Sales Office is located on the show floor.

Directions To McCormick Place

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

The McCormick Place Complex is located on 23rd & Lake Shore Drive
Business Center A full-service Business Center is located on Level 2.5 of the Grand
Concourse. The center offers secretarial services, postal services,
photocopying machines, fax facilities, package-handling services
and international telephone cards. Gift shops with Chicago souvenirs,
sundry items and a tourism center are located near the center.
First Aid/Emergency Numbers
A first aid station will be open during show hours. Emergency numbers
for McCormick Place South: 3131 or dial 911.
Photographs
No photography allowed on show floor except by authorized press.
Children
For insurance reasons, no children under the age of 16 will be admitted
on the show floor.
Baggage Check
No suitcases allowed on the show floor. You may check baggage for a
nominal charge near the bus and taxi area of McCormick Place South,
Level 1.
Banking Services An ATM money machine (MasterCard,® Visa,® Cirrus and Plus) is located on Level 2 of McCormick Place South, near the Business Center.
Lost and Found Items may be turned in or reclaimed at building security.
Services for Visitors / Exhibitors with Disabilities McCormick Place is in compliance with The Americans with Disabilities Act and continues to look for ways to accommodate all visitors / exhibitors. Wheelchairs, Information Booths, Designated Parking, TDD Telephones and other services are available. Wheelchairs and scooters are available at a fee and must be reserved prior to your arrival by calling 312-791-7252. If you are using a standard wheelchair and need assistance, please call McCormick Place South Security in advance at 312-791-6060.
Food Services Rabya's Fudge Shop, Connie's Pizza, Starbuck's and McDonalds are located
in the McCormick Place South Building. Specialty carts are placed
throughout the McCormick Place South Building. Concession areas
and food courts are located at the back of Halls B and C. In addition, a large food court area is located in the McCormick Place Building.
