Long Valley, NJ – March 27, 2017- Frazier Industrial Company, a leading manufacturer of structural steel storage systems, is excited to present the Ergo Deep Reach. The Ergo Deep Reach is a fresh take on Frazier’s classic Ergo Beam design – where the classic Ergo Beam is mounted to the upright approximately waist-high, the Ergo Deep Reach is mounted much lower, at a foot off the ground. Developed in response to customer needs to lift heavier objects with greater leverage, the Ergo Deep Reach offers the same 16” to 22” opening for access to the rear cartons as the Ergo Beam, while also creating a path from one side of the racking to the other.
"Our customers report less product breakage, fewer worker injuries and improved productivity when using our Ergo products,” explains Domenick Iellimo, Executive Vice President of Sales. "We simply split the front beam into two separate curved beams, creating an ample opening for order pickers to access hard-to-reach rear cartons between pallet locations in the bay. The Ergo Deep can be retrofitted into existing structural pallet rack systems provided certain design criteria are met. It is made from 4" structural steel channel with 1/8" recessed web for optimal durability. Standard pallet supports are used for the Ergo Deep.
Frazier will showcase the new Ergo Deep at the upcoming ProMat 2017 Show (Frazier Booth #S3425) – Chicago’s McCormick Place-South, April 3rd – 6th, 2017.
