Press Overview

To attend ProMat 2013 as a member of the press you can either pre-register online or bring your press credentials (official press badge from your organization, business card from that organization or bylined story in a BPA or ABC verified trade or business publication) to the ProMat 2013 press room on-site. You must be a member of the working press to obtain a press badge and to enter the ProMat 2013 Press Room. A press badge allows entrance to the show, press conferences and events, and any conference session; simply show your badge to the conference room monitor.

Press will be admitted to the show floor from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. the first three days of the show and 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. the last day of the show.

Photography and videotaping by the working press is strictly limited during ProMat 2013. Cameras and video cameras may be carried into the show hall only by members of the working press. Working press wearing proper identification badges may take overall pictures of the show, lobby, registration area and general overhead views. Close-up photos of a booth or products on display may only be taken by working press and show visitors after securing permission to do so from the exhibitor.
