ProMat 2011 Show Registration Database Partnership Program
Partner with MHIA to promote your participation in ProMat 2011 and receive valuable exposure to ProMat 2011 attendees before and after the show.
What exhibitors have to do 2-4 months before ProMat 2011:
- One or more pre-show advertisements (print or banner) including ProMat 2011 logo in an MHIA approved trade publication or an ad in the ProMat 2011 show directory and/or website
AND
- One or more direct mailings or emailings to your customer/prospect database featuring the ProMat 2011 logo and a link
What MHIA requires:
- Tear sheets of any advertising that includes ProMat 2011 logo. ProMat 2011 Official Show Directory Advertising will also be accepted.
- A sample mailing or email piece to be sent to your customer/prospect database that includes the ProMat 2011 logo
- 3602 mailing statement or email tracking statement that includes date of mailing/emailing and size of distribution list
- A signed partnership program order form and license agreement
- A sample direct mail piece for the mailing to the ProMat 2011 Pre-Show Database
What partners get:
- Exposure in 4 pre-show e-Newsletters to ProMat 2011 attendees and prospects.
- One use of the pre-show database to mail an approved direct mailer
- Exposure in 1 post-show e-Newsletter to ProMat 2011 attendees
- Use of ProMat 2011 post show database per the license agreement
Deadline is February 1st, 2011
ProMat 2011 Partnership Program Pre-Show Details:
1) A non-exclusive license for use of the ProMat 2011 Pre-Registration Database for a one-time direct mailing of an approved mailer. The database may not be copied or reproduced in anyway, and the database may not be sold, distributed, accessed or utilized by anyone other than the exhibitor ordering the database. The license for this database will be available for a limited time (orders for the pre-show list will be shipped February 21, 2011).
To gain use of this list, exhibitors must:
- Be MHIA member eligible and have met all obligations and have paid all rental charges and fees necessary to exhibit in ProMat 2011
- Obtain sample mailing piece approval from MHIA
- And provide MHIA with proof of fulfillment of partnership program requirements and a signed Partnership Program Order Form and License Agreement.
Please contact MHIA Marketing Services for the estimated size of the pre-registration database at the time of your order. The licensed database will be provided for use in an ASCII delimited file that can be imported easily into MS Excel. The file will include demographic information including product interest, job function, buying authority, purchasing plans and job title. The file will not include email addresses, phone or fax numbers and may only be used for a one-time mailing of an approved direct mailer.
No giveaways over $100 in value allowed. The pre-show list does not contain e-mail addresses, phone or fax numbers.

2) Exposure in four pre-show e-Newsletters to ProMat 2011 attendees and prospects. You will receive a 250 character message in a four-week Countdown to ProMat 2011 attendee e-Newsletter campaign. Your 250 character message will be attached to the product category you choose and will include a link to your promatshow.com listing.
ProMat 2011 Partnership Program Post-Show Details:
1) A non-exclusive license for use of the entire ProMat 2011 Registration Database (subject to the terms of the post-show attendee list license agreement on page two of this form, which must be signed and returned). The database may not be copied, shared, or reproduced in anyway or sold, accessed, distributed, or utilized by anyone other than the licensee exhibitor. This license is available only through MHIA to member-eligible exhibitors at ProMat 2011. The licensed database will be provided for use in an ASCII delimited file that can be imported easily into MS Excel. The file will include demographic information including NAICS code, product interest, job function, buying authority, purchasing plans and job title. The file includes email addresses for companies that opted in for sharing their emails with outside parties. Allow four weeks from the close of the show for receipt.

To Participate in the Partnership Program, complete the Partnership Program Order Form and List License Agreement No Later Than February 1st, 2011.
