Which browsers are best to view www.ProMatShow.com?
ProMatShow.com recognizes the diverse operating systems and Internet Browsers our visitors may be
using. While we want every visitor to have the best possible experience on our website, we
recognize that it is difficult to develop applications that work identically, efficiently and
effectively with all browsers on all operating systems.

If I am having trouble navigating the site, what should I do
If you are having trouble using the ProMat 2011 site,
make sure that your browser can accept Cookies and that
Javascript is enabled.
What are Cookies and how do they work?
Cookies are messages given to a web browser by a web server. Essentially they act as your passport to the site.
Each time you log on and/or register, the server
creates a cookie--a unique line of text that identifies you as having
been authenticated as an attendee. On certain pages,
the server checks to see if your browser has that cookie and if you do,
it lets you view the page.
What plug-ins do I need to easily access all parts of the
ProMat 2011 site?
In order to view all parts of the site, you may need to download plug-ins.
Adobe Acrobat
is used to view pdf (portable document format) files.
Adobe Flash is used to view multimedia and streaming media.
What is a plug-in?
Plug-in applications are programs that can easily be installed and used as part
of your Web browser to play sound or video or perform other functions.
A plug-in application is recognized automatically by the browser and its function
is integrated into the main HTML file that is being presented.
