Who exhibits at ProMat 2011?
You can access the searchable list of exhibitors by clicking
here. To obtain a list of all exhibitors, scroll down to the end of the
exhibitor search page and click on find all.
How is ProMat 2011 promoted to attendees?
The ProMat 2011 attendee marketing campaign will be the largest in the event's history. This integrated campaign will include direct mail, print and web
advertising, e-mail, public relations and social media and will reach more material handling & logistics buyers than ever before.

What do I need to do to reserve exhibit space?

section of the site for information on the benefits exhibiting and peruse the show floor plan

What happens if my booth selections are not available?

What are the exhibit floor hours?

How do I get listed in the Official Show Directory?
Once your exhibit is reserved, you will be given a username and password with which to go to
www.promatshow.com/listing to add to or update your show
directory and online listing. Each exhibitor can be listed under 45 product categories and under the
solution center in which they are exhibiting. For listing(s) submitted after the October 15, 2010 deadline, your company name will be listed as it appears on your Application for Exhibit Space and your company will not be listed under any product categories. If you don't have your username and password, click
here to request it.
What do I do with my username and password?
Go to www.promatshow.com/listing and enter your username and password. This will enable you to enter your company listing for the Official Show Directory and the online directory. Once you have submitted your listing, you can upgrade your listing with a showcase virtual booth on www.promatshow.com.
You can also use your username and password to utilize My Show to
organize and plan your time at ProMat 2011.

ProMatShow.com is the virtual extension of the ProMat 2011 event.
Once you elect to participate as an exhibitor, your company will be included
on ProMatShow.com where visitors can browse your virtual booth 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
ProMatShow.com allows attendees to search for exhibitors by product category, keyword, company name, etc.
My Show also allows material handling and logistics buyers to request information from exhibiting
companies and create personal agendas when planning their visit to
ProMat 2011.
Every exhibitor in ProMat 2011
gets a free listing on www.promatshow.com and
ProMat 2011 offers exhibitors the
opportunity to upgrade their online listings to a

When will my online showcase and/or search ad actually be put on the web
site? How long will it stay online?
Online showcases and search ads will be placed within one week of your order and payment. They will remain online until March 2012.
