Attention ProMat 2009 Exhibitors: Call for Show Floor Seminars Sponsorships

Sponsoring a seminar is a great way to enhance an attendee’s ProMat 2009 show experience. It is your chance to provide must-have information about education on material handling equipment, systems and related controls and processes. These sessions will offer your insight into best practices and real-life case studies. And, each seminar is FREE to all Show attendees!

Seminars are conducted in specially designed theaters right on the show floor. Each theater seats 120 attendees on a first-come, first-served basis. Presentations are shown in PowerPoint and are 45 minutes in length – highly focused; right to the point!

ProMat 2009 Exhibitors may sponsor up to three sessions at a cost of $2,000 each. The number of sessions your organization sponsors will determine your sponsorship level: 1 Seminar = Silver; 2 Seminars = Gold; 3 Seminars = Platinum. These sponsorship levels include special promotional items with your paid seminar sponsorship fee!

There will be a set number of seminar slots available; and, they will go fast – to reserve yours, please complete the ProMat 2009 Seminar Sponsorship application in full and send to Robin Moody, Manager of Conference Programs. Please be advised, however, that completed applications will not be accepted before the November 7, 2007 Space Draw. Under no circumstances may an on-floor theater seminar be commercial, promote a company or its products, programs and/or services or make negative comments about competitors, their products, programs and/or services. Sponsors who violate this guideline will, at the sole discretion of MHIA relinquish any privilege to sponsor seminars at future shows. (MHIA reserves the absolute, unilateral rights to review, modify, assess and reject presentations before, during and after the NA and/or ProMat Shows.)
