Registration Information

How do I register?
You can register online.

How much is registration?
Show registration is free.

When will I receive my show badge?
Your badge and show guide will be mailed to you in November 2008. If you do not receive your badge or if you lose it, click here to reach ProMat 2009 customer service. When you arrive at the McCormick Place South, go directly to a Badge Holder Pick-up Counter and exchange half of your badge for a badge holder. You can then go directly to the ProMat 2009 show floor.

May I bring a child to the show?
No. Children under 16 cannot attend ProMat 2009.

How do I know what show hotels still have availability?

Will there be a shuttle bus service between ProMat 2009 show hotels and the McCormick Place South?
Yes. ProMat 2009 will offer complimentary shuttle busses between ProMat 2009 show hotels and the McCormick Place South. Busses will run between the McCormick Place South and all designated ProMat 2009 Show hotels from January 12 - 15, 2009. Bus schedules are coming soon.

How do I get to ProMat 2009 if I am arriving by car?
Click here for a map and driving directions to the McCormick Place South. Park in the lots closest to the South Hall.

What seminars will be available at the show
